WRISC

Lindsey from the Wild Rivers Invasive Species Coalition recently toured the lake with Chuck Dolsky, Ross Doucette, and Donna Liska.

The last baseline lake management plan was completed in 2016.

Lindsey is an excellent resource for lake management strategies, grant applications, and drafting letters of support for DNR grants. She is currently seeking support from various Lake Associations to help advocate for a comprehensive weed management plan and to educate members on best practices.

During her visit, Lindsey and Ross identified several invasive shoreline weeds that could potentially be managed through targeted spraying.
